2. Personal Data Processed and How It Is Collected
We process the full name, email address, phone number, company name, headcount and average monthly purchase/sales invoice volume, and message content you send us through the quote request form on our website or by phone, email and WhatsApp. The data is collected only through what you enter in the form or send to us.
3. Purposes of Processing
- Responding to your quote request and message,
- Preparing a service scope and fee quote suited to your business,
- Conducting discussions ahead of a possible service agreement,
- Fulfilling legal obligations.
4. Legal Basis
Your data is processed under KVKK Art. 5/2-c (necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract), Art. 5/2-ç (legal obligation) and Art. 5/2-f (legitimate interest). The consent you give before submitting the form also covers the transfer described below.
5. Transfer of Data
Form data is delivered to us by email through the Web3Forms form service. As this provider is located abroad, your data may be processed on servers outside Turkey; by ticking the consent box and submitting the form you give your explicit consent to this transfer. Apart from this, your data is not shared with third parties unless legally required.
To protect the form against automated (bot) submissions, hCaptcha verification is used through Web3Forms. During verification, this service may process technical information about your device and browser (e.g. IP address) under its own terms.
6. Retention Period
Your data is kept until your request is concluded and for the periods required by the relevant legislation, after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
7. Your Rights Under KVKK
Under KVKK Art. 11, as a data subject you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed
- Request information if it has been processed
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
- Know the third parties to whom your data is transferred, in Turkey or abroad
- Request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate
- Request deletion or destruction under the conditions set out in the law
- Request that such corrections, deletions or destructions be notified to third parties the data was transferred to
- Object to an outcome against you resulting from analysis of your data exclusively by automated systems
- Claim compensation if you suffer damage from unlawful processing

You can send your requests in writing to the address above or tosmmm@sinemyavuz.com.tr. Depending on the nature of the request, your application is concluded within thirty days at the latest.
